Baking > Nutella cupcakes

 

Baked 68 cupcakes today! Tried 2 variations so some of them has mixed fruits and some have chocolate chip for the inside. Toppings are either “baked nutella” meaning swirl the nutella before baking or use nutella as the frosting after it is baked or using Betty Crocker Frosting with peach coloring and finally sprinkled with pink, white & red quinns!

Mixed fruits doesn’t suit these kinda of small cakes, it’s a little too sweet so chocolate chip work the best.
