Using all the lotus pate I have, I make a last batch of snowskin mooncakes – Banana Snowskin with Osmanthus Oolong Lotus Paste, Durian snowskin ad Pandan snowskin.

Once again the Mid Autumn Festival will be back on 19 Sep, 2013. I’ve start the momentum by kicking off with a new flavour this year – Osmanthus Oolong Snowskin Mooncakes. The light flowery taste of the Osmanthus bring the sweet lotus paste to another height. And here is also a new set of plates that I find it really meaningful.
Pandan Lotus Paste is another family’s favourite! Good for baked, snowskin and even the Shanghai one.
Durian Snowskin Mooncakes is a must~must in the household since it’s Mum’s favourite!
