Hello there, saw your blog and was really attracted by all the cakes/cookies etc. Anyway I am a beginner in baking, tried baking previously and was never successful, I tried again recently with my rowenta oven bu the top always burnt, I have followed the temperature stated on the recipe, any tips that you can give as to what might have gone wrong? I always had that problem, its really very upsetting.
