The beginning of e’s joie. If you’re wondering how I came about this name, e is my initial and joie is the french word of joy. This is the place where I note down my baking journey, a place where I can read back and remember the joy I have.
Someone just remind me that I always look happy when I bake, the baking process to me is always a joy. Some pple bake when they feel fustrated, having the need to unleash the unhappiness but I can’t, I will do a lousy job and I don’t want to waste the precious ingredients or finding someone to finish the baked goods.
So the baking journey begins.
