Many pple who have tried this recipe claim it’s “a slice of heaven”. I finally know what they mean tonight, the cake was untouched cos I have trim off the sides to fit into the container and have been savouring on those. So tonight I decided to cut a slice and try again, seems no one in the family like this kinda cake so looks like I have to finish bit by bit a day. And?! it taste much better today! probably becos of the long hours in the fridge, the cream is more firm and doesn’t taste watery.
Colleagues who saw the pix I took ask me to bring the cake back BUT how is the cake going to “survive” the 1 1/2 hrs journey to office? It will probably melt by then.
And after cutting the cake up, I realise I din do a that bad job in assembling 😛
