Anyway, I bought a new recipe book yesterday. It’s been years I bought one as I only rekindled this passon last year and sometimes they are easily available on the web if you spend some time searching it. In this case, I’ve got a voucher to utilise but only to realise the book cost lesser than the voucher at the point of paying so I resort to pay cash and will have to pick another 2 books other days.
Some of them are quite interesting thou but I realise most of the recipes use hoon kueh flour, wondering what is it for.
