Some pple call this Sugi Cookies but I think Almond cookies fit it the most. Have improvised the recipe, added vanilla essence and diced almond for the additional crunchy bite. Personally prefer this to peanut cookies, that one crumble too easily. These are addictive, little nephew help himself to them.
The next time I bake them, I shld do reduce the sugar slightly, do it smaller and probably not in paper cups.
