Almond Cookies (Pt 2)

Will very soon be churning out bottles of this next week to fulfill the orders. So it’s time to do some calculation!

Btw, I use milk to brush the top rather than egg yolk. Find it quite wasteful to crack one egg and not using it all. Personally I will prefer them without the “egg wash” cos they look patches unless there is a way to make them all look nice nice 😛
