It’s indeed a fruitful weekend.
Finally bake some egg tarts on Sat which is far from my satisfaction level, I lost my trusted recipe!
And today is
– Mini Cupcakes for nephew’s childcare centre
– Nutella Swirl cupcakes for the teachers
– Cotton Spongecake, it’s the same proportion of ingredients as the earlier one but the preparation is rather different. Need to make another round to prefect some areas, aint’ happy with the outer layer and I dun think I mix the egg white well. Nevertheless, it’s such a lovely cake. – Cocoa Brownies, it’s a colleague’s birthday next week and since they hv been asking for this brownies, I bake one to bring back tomorrow.
