My house is now filled with the aroma of freshly baked bread, just like how it is when you pass by a bakery.
Bought a packet of PH White Bread Mix this afternoon, put everything into the machine the minute I got home and 3 1/2 hrs later. The dough is knead, proof and bake! I just took it out from the machine but the crust doesn’t look right, a little crusty than the normal white bread – I hope I got the settings right cos I ain’t sure if it’s a 1.5lb or 2 lb bread?! Have to wait for another 20 mins before slicing it.
