Banana Snowskin Mooncake with Durian Lotus Paste

This is for another order, in a box of 9 mini pandan and strawberry mini
snowskin mooncakes with white lotus paste and lots of melon seeds.

Banana snowskin with durian lotus paste.
Couldn’t imagine this combination but after a few hours of chilling in the fridge, I’m surprise it’s quite nice actually. There is a light banana scent on the snowskin, not overpowering the durian lotus paste. On the other hand, the durian lotus paste has a tinge of durian but still could taste the lotus paste.

The snowskin is not white color but more to the pearl white tone, I took the shot
on a black plate and it’s pretty difficult to do it cos if a little more light,
the picture will be over-expose.

Hi SH, thanks 🙂 This picture indeed is a little tricky, took a few shots to get it right. The white or pearl white seen here isn’t easy to capture. Could have do it better!

Hi Reena, not making moonies? hehehe

Hi Ida, will definitely save one for you next week 🙂
