I have some leftover whipped cream from last week Yule log’s bake. This whipped cream tasted too good to be discard away and somehow it din turn watery after a week in airtight container, it happen when I used the other brand. So the next thing to do is to bake something to used up the whipped cream!
Wanted to do something quick and the idea of choux pastry came into my mind, even have an idea how it look like.
The choux case was baked to perfect and after it is cooled, I added some chocolate paste into the whipped cream and pipe inside the case. The top was either coated with chocolate or pipe across and finally dusted with snow powder.
Verdict? They taste really good and fresh! What a good treat for this afternoon!
