Chocolate Coated Cornflakes

I did Honey Cornflakes last  year which require baking so I thought this year I shall give the chocolate coated cornflakes a try. And it’s definitely another keep, actually there isn’t a recipe to follow, it’s just melting chocolate, add in corn flakes, add in some diced nuts, put them into cupcake liners and ta-da … you have it. A great party finger food!

    Hi there!!
I’ve tried ur recipe for the honey cornflakes.. Wanted to give the chocolate cornflakes a shot but I just can’t get it right!
I’m using this chocolate shaving from Phoon Huat. However it just can’t melt evenly. I used double-boiler to melt the chocolate. it melted but in a thicken form.. Which is difficult to mix in the corn flakes…
    Any advice?

btw, ur looks wonderful & yummylicious! *sluppin saliva* =)

  6. Elyn says:

Hi Karen, no .. you dun hv to bake them. You could leave it outside to set which may take longer so I will leave it in the fridge for 5-10 mins.
