Seeing several bloggers pen down their conclusion for Yr 2009. Here goes mine.

I seldom post about my personal thoughts here, it’s strictly thoughts on food and sticking to the principle that it’s created to record down my baking journey. The blog is created 22 Jun 2006 which is a good 3 1/2 years down the road, in the beginning I wasn’t sure if this is going to last but I could gladly say that the passion and love for baking have grew and is still growing. I could also say that rekindle my love for baking is definitely one of the most wonderful thing that have happen, the joy, the satisfaction, how fulfilling the journey is.

It have been a fruitful year 🙂 Attended baking lessons and got my Wilton Course Decorating 1 certificate and some other workshops. I’m certainly looking forward to more challenging bakes this year – tiered cakes and more orders too! I hope to bake more too and hopefully at night as well which I’ve been putting off. I am also in the midst of planning for my little online bakeware store – www.shopnbake.com, hoping to bring in more interesting bakewares. On a personal level, somehow I manage to make 2 overseas trip last year – 1 work and 1 personal trip. I am hoping to make another 2 trips this year, 1 is to where I’ve always wanted to go back – I love the culture and felt peace when I’m there.
