I felt it’s therapeutic to sit down and wrap pineapple tarts quietly – 120 tarts within 2 1/2 hours.
Pineapple tarts made with love and arranged so nicely in alternative pink and red casing. Lovely! I’m sure your customers will love these 🙂
hihi.. wow ur pineapple tart looks great.. where did u buy the red and pink paper cup.. so matching
Hi Alison, thanks for your kind words 🙂
Hi Jessica, I buy it from the usual bakeware supplies shop. I believe Phoon Huat has it too but it doesn’t come in alternative colors so will have to buy 2 tubes.
Wow..these look too good to be eaten…. 🙂
Did u glaze it?
I suppose we don eat the clove, is more for flavour.
Wow real hard work.
Elyn, you are really so efficient to finish 120 tarts in 2.5hours!!!
Very attractive tarts! Admire all your bakes – always look so exquisite.
May I consult you how you make your tarts so ‘oil-less’? Mine always seem to be oily, as in the paper cups base will be oily.
Did you use whole egg or just the yolks?
Hi Mui Mui, thank you for your kind words. The paper cup will be slightly oily but if there are so much oil, it could be your recipe proportion is wrong.
