    Are these sugee cookies version or the usual almond cookies? Almonds have been my fave!

    U used butter or ghee? Just curious. Looks like is ghee as it is quite whitish.

    Hi Irene, it’s not sugee cookies, just almond cookies. No butter or ghee is used 🙂

    They look gorgeous and pretty in the cases! They must taste as good as they look. I think cookies look better without the egg wash glaze.
