Kueh Bangkit

This is the last Chinese New Year Bakes – Kueh Bangkit.

Gave the oven and KA a good wipe on the eve of CNY and that end the year bake?! but no … me and them will still need to “start work” tomorrow, I’ve orders for more Almond Cookies! And certainly not at all complaining, I’m more than happy about that!
