This is a recipe that I personally like and thought I could share it here. Do get a copy of the book cos there are many recipes that is easy to prepare.
4 pax – 5 mins preparation – 15 mins cooking time
12 chicken wing joint
2 slices of ginger
2 hard boiled egg
5 tbsp black vinegar
3 tbsp light soya sauce
3 tbsp shao xin wine
1 1/2 tbsp rock sugar
1 Star Anis
1. Blanched the chicken wings and drained.
2. Use a deep saucepan, put in the chicken wings and add in ginger, garlic, chilli, egg and seasoning and cover with a greaseproof paper and bring to boil on high fire and switch to low fire for 15 mins.
