Dinner again!

Dinner for tonight is 什錦豆腐羹. I have a liking for starchy stuff, yes .. Lor Mian is one of them too! So this is one of the items I must try in 小小米桶的零油煙廚房! It’s again another simple, easy to prepare yet very tasty dishes. I could eat one bowl of rice with just a bowl of this 🙂

The other dish that I prepare tonight is 臘味蒸雞, the sixth dish that I cook from the book and I’m happy with them!

    i haven’t started trying any of the recipes yet… i would like to ask , can the rice wine be replaced with hua diao jiu ? also, can tai bai fen be replaced with corn flour? also, what is the difference between wu cu and hei cu (black vinegar)? sorry for so many questions…

      Hi Sook Peng, yes … I actually replace rice wine with hua diao jiu and I also use corn flour instead of potato starch. I’m not too sure abt the vinegar thou.
