Another dish from 小小米桶的零油煙廚房. If you like the 鲜味 of 干贝, you will like this dish. Personally I do like it cos you get to taste the natural sweetness of the vegetables and the 鲜味. I will be happy to eat a bowl of rice with this dish and probably some belachan chilli!
i purchased the book from u sometime back and am interested to try out this recipe but the step of steaming the scallops for 1 hr put me off…did you follow the recipe to the T ie you steam the scallops for 1 hr too? i am thinking whether i can just soak it without steaming…
Hi, I didn’t. I boiled the scallops in a small pot if water to soften it and use the water as a broth.
