Start the ball rolling …

Time always past faster than you realise. It’s another 2 weeks to Mid Autumn Festival!

I start the ball rolling by making the family favourite – Walnut Lotus Paste Mooncake.
Simply love the buttery crust, the low sugar white lotus paste!

And not forgetting my own favourite – Pandan Lotus Paste.
