Cake Pops are fun! Easy to eat but I’ve dreaded making them as I really don’t like Candy Melts. It’s sweet and just have this plastic taste. My recent class in Hong Kong rekindle the love for them as it’s coated with chocolate! With the little tips and tricks that was pick up, I finally made them!
The best cake texture to use for cake pops are pound cake and I took the easy way out by buying ready-made pound cake, add in chocolate ganache to bind them and you’re ready to get them rolling!
And for the coating, I use compound chocolate or the easily available Tulip Brand coating chocolate.
Wish all a Happy Cake Pop Making!
