Batter was prepared overnight and I prefer to store them in piping bag so the next day is snip the tip, pipe and bake!
Love these little buttery sponge cake and the tip is to use good butter!
Using the basic batter here, I divide into 3 portions and added cranberries to one, earl grey tea leaves and cocoa to the other. The fourth type is a mixture of earl grey and chocolate
