    Thank you for the beautiful post and Chinese New Years greeting! btw, after reading your post, I learned about the copper pineapple tart cutters. I was able to order 2 of them from the name of the shop (located in Singapore) you mentioned in one of your past posts. The owner was very nice. Thanks again!

      Hi Sherry! Happy New Year to you and your family! Glad that you bought the copper mould, I’m sure you will love it. After washing, do rub a layer of oil on the mould to “maintain” the mould 🙂
